Captain Charlie Basso Bondini and Captain Jacques Gerbaud have been working together on XTC , 3 months alternately, since march 99. This keeps them fresh !

Skipper
Charlie Basso Bondini
, French, 34 years old, fluent English.
Charlie has a French sailing instructor certificate and began his career teaching sailing and windsurfing. Charlie has worked on XTC for 7 years establishing an impressive charter experience with both European and American clients. He is particularly highskilled in teaching all water activities to both adults and children alike. His qualities as a host have earned him a myriad of references.

Skipper
Jacques Gerbaud, French, 49 years old, fluent English.
Jacques comes from an area in France where you learn to sail before walking ! On leaving school, he worked as a Journalist for 4 years, before changing tack to indulge his love of the sea. He has been working as a captain for 20 years in the Caribbean, Bahamas, Florida, New England and Mediteranea. He knows the Caribbean like the back of his hands and looks forward to taking his guests to many hidden anchorages throughout the Islands.

Cook
Delphine Derbier,
French, 32 years old, fluent English, some Spanish.
After receiving a degree in Art History, Delphine decided to expand her horizons and found a job as cook on a charter yacht, discovering that the profession pleases her and the lifestyle suits her. She has been cooking on several sailing yachts : Ti Moune, Pawnee, Lady Julie, Sagittario and a motor yacht, in the Caribbean, Mediterranea and Pacific. She is a very versatile cook, specialized in French and Caribbean cuisine. She has a special talent for desserts.

The Hostess
Marie Laure Pichon,
33 years old, fluent English and German.
Marie Laure has a tourism and hotel trade degree, and worked for 6 years in restaurant and hotel resort in France and Caribbean. Her enthusiasm for travel has taken her to the USA, Europe, Thailand, India etc to discover other cultures and new horizons. Before joining XTC in May 00, she was manager at the Dune Reserve, a beach bar restaurant in Anguilla for 3 years. She is particularly warm and friendly and pays close attention to the needs of their guests.

Along together, they create an enthusiastic, exciting and cheerful crew.
