SEA HORSE SEEKER - CREW

Christian Hecker [35] and Gaby Gaida[37] have a passion for sailing, water sports and good food. Let this couple entertain you in style aboard Seahorse Seeker.

Christian and Gaby met on a cruise ship where they both worked and discovered that they shared a dream of crossing the Atlantic.  They sailed from Europe to the Caribbean in their own sail boat and cruised the Carbbean Islands.  Having cruised extensively they truly feel the British Virgin Islands are the ideal destination for a saiing vacation. They have been crewing on luxury crewed yachts in the BVI’s since the millenium.
They are both certified
Dive Masters and qualified Skippers. 

Christian and Gaby were both born and raised in Germany, Christian studied economics and managed a textile factory, before he followed his dream of adventure and worked as a Dive Master in Egypt then on a cruise ship, where he meet Gaby.

Gaby has traveled since her youth with many extended trips to South America, Asia and Antarctica.  Gaby has worked on a number of cruise ships that took her around the world. During this time she further developed her interest in different cultures, languages, flora, fauna and of course cuisine. She is fluent in English, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
While on board Seahorse Seeker Gaby loves to prepare meals with an exotic flair, drawing on her varied experiences while travelling.
Together, Christian and Gaby will wine and dine you in the perfect ambiance aboard Seahorse Seeker in beautiful British Virgin Islands.

BREAKFASTS
Creamy scrambled eggs topped with sizzling crispy bacon
Warm, lemon poppy seed coffee cake
Huevos Rancheros served with sautéed spicy onions and peppers
Fresh, hot Dutch apple pancakes topped with cinnamon sugar
All served with fresh seasonal fruit, coffee & fruit juices

LUNCHES
Vegetable quiche served with a colorful crispy garden salad.
Caribbean, pineapple & chicken salad on a bed of fresh crispy lettuce
Mozzarella Tortellini with tomato-basil sauce served with a vinaigrette salad
Crispy style homemade pizza accompanied by a Caesar salad.

APPETIZERS
Fresh humus with crudités and pita bread
Assorted Spanish Tappas served with hot crispy French bread
Fancy shrimp and asparagus cocktail
Lobster fritters with horseradish dip

DINNERS
Tai tiger shrimp coconut curry on a bed of Basmati rice and three colorful vegetables
Filet Mignon topped with a delicious Madeira sauce, mini sautéed potatoes and green beans
Grilled Red Snapper filet with tomato basil rice, seasoned zucchini and yellow squash
Sautéed chicken roulade filled with fresh garlic, basil and stuffed olives and white wine sauce on a bed of cous cous.
All dinners are served with a selection of fine wines

DESSERTS
Gaby’s Tiramisu de casa
Tropical fresh fruit salad drizzled with lemon Grand Mariner and topped with whipped cream
Key Lime Pie
